NZ's First Passive House

Despite challenges at the outset including strict planning restrictions building is now underway in Glendowie, Auckland, and on track to meet certified Passive House standard. This standard was developed in Germany and is established worldwide.
The  Passive House Institute NZ was established in 2011 by passionate individuals who recognised the value of the concept in New Zealand construction.
